Key responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates using a variety of sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, etc.).
  • Research and develop a deep understanding of position requirements to independently manage part of the recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, role expectations, and hiring timelines.
  • Provide regular and clear updates on pipeline progress, challenges, and market feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS or recruitment tracking systems.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and professional follow-up.
  • Stay up to date on industry hiring trends to bring insights into recruitment strategies.

Main skills and qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience in headhunting and talent acquisition, with a strong placement track record.
  • Strong autonomy and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage workload efficiently.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Experience in IT recruitment.
