About the role

We’re looking for a versatile and hands-on Operations Analyst with a generalist profile to join our team in Punta Carretas, Montevideo. This is a key role for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable wearing many hats—from supporting cross-functional teams with back office tasks to running data-driven analyses that guide strategic decisions. You'll be a go-to person, someone adaptable, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever help is needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide operational and back office support across multiple departments within the Ops team.
  • Collaborate with teams to help improve internal operations processes.
  • Ensure data quality across our information sources and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).
  • Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Provide support to our Account Management team in tracking back office tasks such as partner documentation.
  • Maintain clear and organized records of tasks, research, and operational documentation.

Main skills and Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Operations or Engineering-related areas.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach and a willingness to contribute to various tasks as needed.
  • Ability to adapt to different requirements and actively collaborate on changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A flexible, collaborative mindset with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • Proactive, positive, and eager to help the team succeed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
